# Terms of Service

By using UseArticle ("the service") you agree to the following terms.

## Account

- You must be 16+ to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping credentials secure.
- One person per account; sharing seats is not permitted on per-seat plans.

## Acceptable Use

You may not use UseArticle to:

- Generate spam, malware, or content that violates platform policies of search engines / ad networks
- Scrape competitors at abusive rates
- Build sites that promote illegal goods, hate, or fraud
- Impersonate others or violate copyright

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

## Content Ownership

- You retain ownership of all content you generate on UseArticle.
- We retain a limited license to host, serve, and back up your content while your account is active.
- Generated content may incorporate output from third-party LLMs subject to their respective terms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

## Billing

- Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Cancel anytime from the dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- 7-day refund window from any upgrade.

## Termination

- You may delete your account at any time.
- We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment.

## Disclaimers

- The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of fitness or merchantability.
- We do not guarantee specific affiliate earnings or search rankings.

## Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UseArticle's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
